Ingredients
1 c. Low fat plain yogurt1/4 c grated cucumber2 cloves garlic1 tsp lemon juicesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
comibine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Best when it sits a couple of hours.
Serve with fresh raw veggies like: snow peas, carrots, cucumbers, green beans, brocoli. The whole appetizer is then so low in calories it hardly counts!
