Low cal iced coffee

Ingredients
1 packet of instant espresso (I use Nescafe)Sweetener to taste (4 teaspoons usually)few drops of vanilla extractLots of ice cubesfresh non-fat milk or non-fat powder milk (I use the latter and add some water)
Directions
Put the (powdered) milk, instant espresso powder, sweetener, vanilla extract and if you used powdered milk, some water, in a big blender and try to make as much noise as possible (by this I mean that you really crush the ice cubes properly). When you use the blender long enough it will get nice and foamy. Enjoy with a straw!
