Rumbamel's Blueberry Peach Hungry Jack Pancakes

Ingredients
-1 package Hungry Jack's Blueberry Wheat Pancake Mix, powder only, small bag-1 package Hungry Jack's Complete Pancake Mix Wheat Blends, powder only, small bag-1 1/2 C skim milk-1 T granulated sugar-2 small fresh peaches diced or cut into bite sized pieces
Directions
--Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a whisk until blended and let rest until a large nonstick skillet is warmed over low/med. heat. I check it by seeing if water will dance on it.

--Drop 1/4 C fulls of batter in the hot skillet and cook until top begins to burst bubbles then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until golden.

--Makes 16 pancakes or 1 per serving.
