Italian crock pot casserole

1 lb. 93 % lean ground beef or equivalent calories of ground turkey.6 oz. Ronzoni whole wheat pasta (rotini or penne)1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, part skimSeasonings to taste (garlic, oregano, onion powder, basil)
Season hamburger or ground turkey with oregano and other desired seasonings. Cook with some onions and peppers if desired.
Cook pasta and drain. Add tomato sauce and cooked ground beef and toss.
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Pour in pasta and ground beef mixture. Cook on low in crock pot for about 2 hours. Check to be sure it is moist enough and add a little water if needed during last 30 minutes, then top with shredded mozzarella and allow to cook for the last 30 minutes.
