3 Medium Fresh Tomatoes Chopped Finely1 Cup Green Onions Chopped Finely1 Cup Cucumber Chopped Finely1 Cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped Finely2 TBSP Olive Oil1 TBSP Lemon Juice1 TSP Sea Salt1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Mix all vegetables together
Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Taste for desired tartness and saltiness and add more lemon or salt if required.
