Soy Mac and Cheesey

Ingredients
110 grams(4 oz) Barilla Plus elbows1 cup soy milk, plain1 Tablespoon Gravy Flour (wheat/malted barley flour)Veggie Shreds, soy cheese 1/3 cup mozzarella flavorVeggie Shreds, soy cheese 1/3 cup cheddar flavor2 Tablespoons, sheep's milk grated cheese (Percorino Romano)1/4 teaspoon dry mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook Pasta till tender, but firm. Drain. While pasta is cooking, Heat 1 cup soy milk till hot, stir in gravy flour and wisk until thick and hot. Set aside.
Add cheese shreds and pecorino romano cheese to sauce, season with salt, pepper and dry mustard. Stir just until shreds begin to melt. Add cooked pasta stir till coated. Enjoy!
