Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts cooked and diced1-16oz package wheat penne pasta (cooked & drained)1-large red bell pepper (chopped)6-Tbsp julienne cut sun dried tomato (drained rinsed & patted dry)1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)2 Tbsp EVOO2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar4 Tbsp 'Gourmet Garden' Basil Blend (tube, found in produce section -- looks like green toothpaste)
Directions
Cook Chicken and dice. Cook Pasta & Drain. Combine all ingredients in large bowl & serve. I divide into 2 cup helpings and put into quart size freezer bags. Makes a great grab and go meal or family meal.

    Usually I'm not a fan of whole wheat pasta but the oil and vinegar go so well together to level out the flavors. Definately will be making this again! - 3/16/21
