1 chopped bell pepper1/4 chopped onion1 tomato tomato2 garlic cloves1 serrano pepper1 tbsp oregano1/2 can Carnation Light Milk3 small chopped peeled poptatoes1 package chopped Panela Esmeralda Light1 tbsp Safflower oilSalt and pepper to taste.
1. Mix serrano pepper and onion.
2. Liquefy garlic and tomatoe.
3. Cook serrano, onion, garlic and tomatoe with oil until boil.
4. Add the potato and keep it for 3 minutes.
6. Add 3 cups of water and boil. Then add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Keep it until potatoes are soft.
8. Add carnation light milk, oregano, and panela cheese and leave it to boil.
