Buckwheat Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
Buckwheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp Salt, 0.125 tsp Milk, 2%, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Banana, fresh (mashed), 1 large
Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients
Blend the milk, banana + vanilla
Mix wet and dry together
Cook pancakes until lightly browned (use oil to fry)
Makes about 8 pancakes (size dependant)
