Cauliflower oatmeal

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower4 tbs organic honey4 oz Almond milk - unsweetened1 tbs cinnamon - or to taste
Directions
wash, cut up and roast the cauliflower (I sprayed it with butter and roasted at 375 degrees until soft.

Use food processor to mash up the cauliflower and mix in all ingredients.

Spoon into a bowl and add any fruit you may like or even protein powder. Enjoy.

    Cauliflower is a good trick. I keep oats in the mix/ I do this with already riced cauliflower for ease, steam it and add 1/2 cup or so to 1/3 cup of quick oats, water, fruit or nuts etc. I love the way it increases the volume of the oats with added veggie. Sometimes I add egg white too. - 1/31/19
