Fried chickpeas with tofu and ajvar

Ingredients
* Ajvar, hot, 50 gram(s) * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 1 cloves * Tofu, firm, 50 grams * Chickpeas 200 grams
Directions
Slice onion into tiny cubes and fry with crushed garlic on olive oil until yellow. Add boiled chickpeas, ajvar and 1/2 of water. Let it boil 5-6 minutes. Add tofu marinated in soy sauce and let it boil for another 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with tiny sliced fresh parsley.
