Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
2 1/4 lbs of ground turkey (93/7)1 1/2 tsp salt1 1/4 tsp ground sage3/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp cayene pepper, ground1 to 2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
Directions
In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Divide mixture into 12 3 oz portions and shape into patties.

Spray nonstick griddle with cooking spray and heat. Add sausage patty and cook, turning until browned on both sides and juices run clear.
