Roast Pork with Fresh Pear Salsa

3 fresh red pears (9-1/2oz./270g), finely chopped1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, divded1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided1-1/4 tsp. ground cumin, divided4 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 center-cut pork loin roast (4lb/1.8kg)

HEAT oven to 425 F
COMBINE pears, nuts, 1/4 cup each parsley & dressing, and 1/4 tsp cumin. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
MIX remaining parsley, dressing, cumin and garlic. Place meat in roasting pan or shallow baking dish; brush with dressing mixture.
BAKE 10 min. Reduce oven temperature to 325 F. Bake 1 hour 40 min. or until meat is done (160 F). Let stand 10 min. before slicing.
SERVE with pear salsa.
