Penne Vodka with Grilled Chicken

16 oz Penne Pasta16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast1 Package (2.75 cups) Wegmans Vodka Blush SauceSalt & Pepper
Start heating water to boil pasta. When water comes to a boil, add pasta.
Pre-heat Grill for 10 minutes.
While Pasta cooks:
Salt & Pepper chicken on both sides to taste, then grill. Sear on one side for 5 minutes, flip and sear for 3 minutes. Turn heat down to medium and cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
Heat Vodka Sauce in a large pan on medium to heat through.
When Chicken is done, slice into thin strips and add to sauce.
Drain pasta when done and combine all ingredients and toss.
Top with parsley if desired.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 8oz each.
