Cream of Zuccini

Ingredients
*Veg - Zuccini, 500 gram Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 2 clove *Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix (soup broth), 2 tbsp Water, tap, 400 grams Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Cream substitute, liquid, with hydrogenated vegetable oil and soy protein, 80 grams Olive Oil, 30 grams *Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Peel Zuccini, onion and garlic cloves.
In pot, place chopped onion and garlic with olive oil, sautee for 5 min.
Add chopped zuccini, broth, water, salt and pepper, cook covered for 20 min.
Add Margarine and Cream substitute, lower heat and cook for 5 min.
Puree the soup and sprinkel with chopped chives.
Ready to serve!
