Mexican Chile Cheese Casserole

One 6 oz. package Farmhouse® Mexican Rice One 14.5 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed 2 cups sour cream 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, grated 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated One 7 oz. can green chilies, diced
1.Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool.
2.Combine cooled rice, black beans and sour cream.
3.Combine cheeses together.
4.Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
5.Spread 1/2 of rice mixture into bottom of prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle 1-1/4 cup of mixed cheeses on top of rice mixture in casserole dish.
6.Spread green chilies on top of cheese. Top with remaining rice mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
7.Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 30 minutes.
