Gluten Free Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
300g lean beef mince1 brown onion dicedcan gluten free tomato souphalf a cup of mushrooms1 tablespoon grapeseed oil1 cup forzen peasI cup diced carrot
Directions
Brown diced onion in grapeseed oil then add mushrooms. Add mince and brown. Add peas and carrot and brown to seal the vegetabled. Then add the can of tomoto soup and simmer.

Serve with spaghetti and green salad.
