Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup skim milk1 1/2 cups all bran cereal1 egg1/2 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup molasses1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour3 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F
Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper cups
Pour milk on cereal and let stand for at least a minute
Beat in egg, oil and molasses.
Mix in remaining ingredients all at once and stir only until flour is moist. Will be lumpy - try not to over mix.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
