Ingredients
kidney beans 0.5 cupvital wheat gluten 1 cupnutritional yeast flakes 2 tbspwater 0.5 cupspices to taste
Directions
mince beans medium fine, add vital wheat gluten, water and yeast flakes and spices to taste.
knead, shape and fry in skillet.
burgers/ steaks take slightly longer than small balls, bigger balls much longer.

Serving Size: makes 5 burgers or steaks, and many more balls
