Protein Powder Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup MLO Super High Protein Powder1/3 cup ground flax1 cup splenda (or less to taste - 2/3 cup works well)2 eggs - beaten well1/2 cup butter - softened3 tbsp peanut butter1 tsp vanilla2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Cream butter, coconut oil, splenda and salt. Add peanut butter and mix well. Mix in beaten eggs and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Should be a fluffy consistency.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Press down slightly. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes for soft cookies and 10 minutes for crispy cookie.

    These were disgusting! The batter did not come out fluffy, instead it was runny. The cookies were thin and crumbled before I got them off the cookie sheet. The ingredients list says nothing about salt and the recipe directions says to add salt? - 10/28/12
