Shrimp Dumplings

Ingredients
1 package wonton wrappers1 lbs cooked shrimp2 large carrots grated1 cup chopped cabbage1 large egg1 bunch scallions chopped1 bunch cilantro chopped
Directions
Fill wontons with all indredients mixed in bowl. Use egg wash to bond wrapper edges together and pinch until sealed. Add to pan with 1" water and cover to steam. Cook approximately 5 minutes. Serve hot. Keep seperated as wontons will stick together. Serve with plum sauce, siracha, seasame oil.
