Juicer's Breakfast Juice

Ingredients
2 oranges, peeled1 peach, pitted1 nectarine, pitted2 plums, pitted1 cup fresh pineapple1 wedge lemon6 medium carrots2 small apples
Directions
Wash, peel and pit your fruits and carrots.

You CAN juice the oranges with the peel, but it will make the juice bitter. Make sure you remove all the pits from your fruit... you don't want to put them i your juicer!

Cut all your fruit and veggies into pieces your juicer can handle, and juice according to your machines instructions.

You will end up with about a liter of delicious juice... enough for 2 juicing breakfasts or 4 smaller servings to go along with your meal. Nutritional info is for 2 servings, and will vary due to discarding all the pulp, and values stated are for the whole fruits and veggies.
