Ingredients
1 Sunkist 8 0z container tropical fruit in light syrup 6-8 ice cubes
Directions
Grind the ice in your food processor ( I used my ninja). When it is crushed add your fruit cup and blend together. If still to thick for your liking you can add fruit juice..just remember to add it to your calorie count for the day..Enjoy'
