Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
One 6 oz. package Farmhouse® Chicken Rice 3 Tablespoons peanut oil 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup green onions, chopped 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped 8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" cubes 2 eggs 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
1.Prepare rice according to package directions.
2.When rice is prepared, heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add onions, green onions and red bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through.
3.Add eggs. Stir until eggs are scrambled and cooked, approximately 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Add soy sauce and rice. Continue cooking until heated.
