Chicken Soft Taco

.5 tspn vegetable oil3 garlic cloves, minced.5 c minced fresh cilantro.5 c orange juice1 tbpsn worcestershire sauce2 (6oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tspn yellow mustardsalt & pepper.5 c sour cream 4 corn tortillas
1. heat oil in 10 in skillet over med heat. stir in garlic, cook for 30s. stir in 5tbpsn of cilantro, oj, and worcestershire sauce.
2. nestle chicken into skillet and bring to simmer. cover, reduce heat to med-low, & cook until thickest part of breast registers 160-165 degress F. Takes 12-18 min if flipped halfway through.
3. Transfer chicken breasts to plate, let cool, shred into bite-size pieces. Meanwhile, simmer suace over medium heat until slightly thickened and reduced to 1/3 c, about 2 min longer. Off heat, stir in mustard, 2 tbpsn cilantro, and shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. In small bowl, whisk sour cream & 1 tbspn cilantro together and season with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon chicken onto tortilla, cover with salsa.
Serve with sliced avocado if wanted.
