Morning Glory Muesli

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 cup honey1/2 cup toasted wheat germ1/2 cup dried apples, lightly packed, chopped1/2 cup raisins
Directions
In a bowl combine oats, nuts and cinnamon. Add honey and toss to coat. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and turn mixture over. Continue baking for an additional 5 minutes. Let cool.

When cooled stir in wheat germ, apples and raisins. Store in a sealed container for one month.

Makes 18 1/3 cup servings.
