this was very good and so easy. I did have to cook it longer than specified - 4/28/09

I broke all the rules of this recipe and still loved it. I used Lemon juice instead of Lime, garlic powder instead of fresh garlic and dry thyme instead of fresh and I grilled it on the BBQ instead of frying it. - 5/20/09

This was so good! I served it over romaine & spinach. I used salsa for my dressing. Yummy! - 2/5/08

This was a great recipe! I used it as a marinade for the grill.
I tripled the marinade ingredients and used it to marinate several pounds of chicken, which I grilled up and kept in the fridge. It was great cold sliced over a spinach salad for lunch! - 5/4/07

This was great. I rarely cook (my husband takes care of that), but even I could make this and be impressive. - 1/21/10

This was delicious! We ate it with my black beans & rice - when cut up, the flavors of the two dishes went together quite nicely. Will eat the leftovers with a salad. - 10/21/09

Very good, though a little lime-y. Great over rice though! I cited this recipe on my blog: simply-allie.blogspot.com. Thanks for the recipe! - 1/5/09
