I pound ground Buffalo (Bison)3/4 cup Uncle Sam toasted Wheat Berry Flakes and Flaxseed2 large fresh eggs1 clove of garlic finely dicedSalt and Pepper to taste.Olive Oil
Mix all the ingredients by hand and form 12 meatballs.
Brown them on all sides in a small amount of Olive Oil.
Cover them with your favorite marinara tomato sauce* and cook on low heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
