Easy Asian Beef Salad by "The beef checkout"

1 pkg. (12oz) thin sliced beef steak3/4 cup prepared Asian-Style dressing, dividedSalt and Pepper1 pkg. (1lb) coleslaw mix3/4 cup frozen shelled edamame, defrosted or fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed, cut diagonally in half1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds (optional, not included in calorie intake)
Combine beef steak and 2 tablespoons dressing in medium bowl
toss until well coated
heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot
place beef in skillet cook 1 to 2 minutes until outside surface is no longer pink
Cut into bite-size pieces, season with s&p
Toss coleslaw mix, adamame and almonds in remaining dressing
add beef
Serving Size: 3 salads
