Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
2 cups organic peanut butter2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (approx. 8 tbsp)2 ripe bananas, mashed6 tablespoons flax seeds1 cup oats1/4 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, vanilla whey powder, bananas, flax seed, oats, coconut and chocolate chips.
2. Mold the mixture into walnut-size balls, and place them in a container lined with parchment to separate the layers.
3. Freeze at least 2 hours before serving
Serving Size: Makes approximately 48 balls
