Blueberry Scones

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt, low fat1/4 cup milk, 1%1 cup whole wheat flour2 1/2 cup white all purpous flour1/4 cup ground flax seed1 Egg4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup Butter1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen1/2 cup sugar1 TBSP butter, melted1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Beat Yogurt, milk and egg in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, measure flours, ground flax seed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles small peas. Mix in sugar. Add milk mixture and blueberries and stir until soft dough forms. Using hands, form dough into a large ball and place on floured surface. Pat out in to 1" thickness. Cut in to triangles and place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. While still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar. Makes 16 smaller scones.
