Cherry cheese cake bites

Lucerne 1/3 less fat cream cheese, 8 tbsp Sweet Cherries, 0.25 cup, without pits *Country Crock Margerine, 1 tblsp *Kellogg Special K cereal, Multi-Grain Honey Oat, 0.75 cup *Cooking Spray, Pam Cooking Spray, 27 gram *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 tblsp
*preaheat oven to 300*F
*take your cereal and grind it up in a food prcessor. then add margerine.spray 6 cupcake hole in your cupcake pan.
Take a tsp. and fill the bottom of your cupcake holes evenly w/ cereal mixture and pat down with spoon. Bake 10 min. Then let pan cool. Then gently loosen each piece of crust.
*mix cream cheese, splenda, and cherries in food processor. Use your tsp. again to evenly top crusts with cream cheese. Then refridgerate for 30 min.
Serving Size: Makes 6, 1 bite serving
