Cajun 15 bean Soup

Ingredients
1 dry pkg. Hurst's Cajun 15 bean soup 2qts. water14oz. Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa16oz. Smithfield Hickory Smoke Andouille Sausage 1 large Vidalia Onion, chopped1 15oz. Delmonte Italian Stewed Tomatoesjuice of 1 lemon2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Soak beans in cooking pot overnight or at least 8hrs. After soaking, drain water from beans. Add 2qts fresh water and return to pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 1/2 hours. While beans are simmering, saute onion, garlic and sausages in skillet. Drain excess oil, combine with stewed tomatoes and lemon juice. Mix and add all ingredients to pot of beans. Add flavor packet that accompanies dry bean package. Simmer beans for 30minutes more. Add salt and pepper to taste.
