Fresh Corn Salsa

Ingredients
Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1.5 cup Cucumber (with peel), 0.75 cup slices Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .75 cup, chopped Beans, black, .5 cup Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 lime yields Pepper, black, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Directions
Chop all vegi's to about the same size. Mix with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let sit 30 min. before eating for the flavors to blend.
