Tomato/Tuna open Sandwich

Ingredients
2 large slices of red tomato (moderately sliced) 3 oz Solid White Tuna1 oz part skim mozzarella
Directions
Place 1.5oz of tuna on each tomato and .5oz of mozzarella on top of that. Place in a toaster or toaster oven to melt cheese. (can add chives, scallions, garlic... ect to taste.)
