*Flour, white, 3 cupBaking Powder, 5 tspGranulated Sugar, Salt, 1 dash *Canola Oil, .25 cup Water, tap, 2 cup
mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan. The dough will be very sticky and gooey. Mix dough with fork or spoon 10-15 times and place in heated pan. squish down with spoon and cook on first side about 10 minutes on medium heat, until kind of crispy. remove from pan carefully, pour in the rest of the oil, and cook the other side of the bread for 7-10 minutes. Serve warm with butter and molasses, or my kids love it with peanut butter! Great first thing in the morning with a cuppa tea!
