Vegetarian Tikka Masala with Cauliflower "Rice"

1 Jar Sharwoods Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce24 oz Light or Dark Kidney Beans5oz Coconut Milk(can be omitted or substituted with Almond Milk)1 Large Head of Cauliflower
Prep cauliflower for cooking; separate Florette from head in large sections and rinse.
Combine the Tikka Masala sauce, Coconut Milk, and Kidney Beans together in a sauce pan and cook until warm and bubbly.
Meanwhile, steam or boil cauliflower until just tender, remove from heat and drain. Grate cauliflower using a vegetable grater, or chop finely.
Portion out the Cauliflower on plates and top with Tikka & Kidney Beans. Serve Warm.
