Homemade fresh cream corn

Sweet Corn, Fresh, 4 cup or 4 ears Corn Starch, 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp or to taste *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste
Cut corn off of the ears into a bowl. Then pour into a medium saucepan or skillet. Add water to cover along with the salt, pepper, oil, and 1 tbsp of sugar. Bring to boil, reduce to medium heat and cook for 45 minutes, stirring often to make sure that it does not stick to bottom of the pan. Mix corn starch with a small amount of water, blend well, then add to corn. Stir well, reduce heat to medium low. Taste to see if it is sweet enough. Let thicken.
