Taco frittata

Ingredients
8 eggs1/4 cup milk about 8 oz. taco meat (or plain ground beef)1 cup black beanschopped tomatochopped onionchopped green pepper (any type depending on your taste)1/2 cup chopped or shredded cheddar cheeseSalsa (topping/garnish)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350, and grease a round pan or cast iron skillet. Mix eggs and milk, beat well. Add other ingredients and mix, add any spices you like (we added ground pepper, garlic, cumin & chili powder). Pour everything into the pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, check with a toothpick to make sure it's done. You can melt cheese on top too, add that for the last 10 minutes of baking.

Should make 8 pie slices. Serve with salsa.
