Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light1/2 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tbsp Aunt Jemima pancake syrup, Light1 1/4 cups self-raising flour1/4 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 320ºF.

Cream I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, brown sugar, vanilla and syrup together with a hand mixer.

Stir in self raising flour.

Stir in up to 1/4 cup water, until a good dough mixture is formed.

Drop by the teaspoonful onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
