Sauteed Veg's w/Parmesan Cheese

Zucchini, 1 med. grated (w/skin)Green Peppers , 1 med. juliennedPeppers, sweet, red 1 med. julienned3 Spring Onions cut diagonallyGarlic, 2 large cloves Olive Oil, 1 tbsp.Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup Pepper, cayenne several dashes (can get hot)
Grate zucchini; julienne peppers. Cut onions diagonally into pieces. Dice cloves. Spray no stick pan with Pam, etc. Saute veg's in olive oil until tender and browned a little. Add cayanne pepper and a little salt if desired. When finished, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Watch cayanne, it can get hot. NOTE: It wasn't easy to find the ingedients values exactly in the measurements I've used but it should be close.
