Shrimp Etouffee

Ingredients
Directions
1/2 stick of Butter1 Bell Pepper1/2 onion or 1 small onionCelery, chopped1/2 cup half and half1/2 cup Clamato2 tbsp FlourCayenne Pepper1 pound of ShrimpLemon for garnish
Sweat your diced pepper, onion, and celery on medium heat in 1/2 stick of butter.
Add half & half with Clamato.
Add Flour. Add cayenne to taste.
Add shrimp seasoned with a little salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp are done and sauce is thickened a bit.
Add lemon for garnish.
Serve over rice.
Serving Size: Makes 5 1.5-cup servings
