Slow Cooker Mexican Soup (low Calorie/low fat)

Ingredients
3 Large Chicken Breasts1 Can Green enchilada sauce1 can Chicken broth1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles1 can black beans 1 cup yellow corn1 pkt. taco seasoning1 can stewed tomatoes
Directions
Slow cook chicken breasts with can of green enchilada sauce for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and keep juices in slow cooker. Add broth, chiles, beans, seasonings and corn. Continue to slow cook 1-3 hours (the longer the better). Add tomatoes about 20 minutes before serving. Top with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream (not counted in the calories!)
