Salmon and Marinade

Ingredients
Directions
2 cloves of garlic, minced6 tablepoons extra virgin olive oil1 tsp dried basil1 tsp salt1 tsp ground black pepper1 tablespoon fresh parley, chopped1 tablespoon lemon juice1 large salmon weighing approx. 700grams. (cut in to 4 fillets)
1- Mix all of the ingredients (except salmon) together in a bowl
2- Pour on to salmon and let marinate for about 1 hour in the fridge
3- Preheat oven to 375 F or 190C
4-Place each fillet in aluminum foil (separately), pour marinade over and seal.
5- Bake 30-45mins until easily flaked with a fork
Serving Size: one 700gram salmon, cut in to four 175gram fillets.
