Egg Salad

Ingredients
6 Hard boiled eggs2 tbsp Mayonaise1 tsp Dijon Mustard1/2 tsp dried basil1/4 tsp paprikasal and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In a bowl crumble hard boiled eggs with a fork or potato masher.

2. combine Mayonaise, mustard, basil, paprika, salt and pepper with the eggs.

3. mix well, cover and refrigerate
