Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
8oz. cream cheese – soften up in microwave1/2c. chopped onion1/2c. chopped celery6-8oz.+ of Frank’s hot sauce (don't add it all, start slowly)1/2c. blue cheese salad dressing 12oz. shredded cheddar cheese – hold at least 3/4 cup
Directions
*Soften cream cheese and add remaining ingredients, including shredded cheese.
*Taste to make sure you like it. (add more Frank's as needed - remember, cooking makes it hotter & spicier)
*When it’s right, add the shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.
*Put into a casserole dish. Bake at 350deg for 30 mins.
*Top with the 3/4 C shredded cheese and cook for 15 mins more
*Serve with Tostitos …and a spoon!!!

I have also put all the ingredients in a slow cooker and left on low for two hours before serving (I did not reserve any cheese for the top) and I did stir it when I remembered :-)
