Oatmeal and milk drink

Ingredients
1/2 Cup of dried oatmeal1 cup of fat free milkSweetener (no calorie)
Directions
Bring the oatmeal to boil in 64oz of water.
Continue cooking for 20 minutes (low)
Add milk and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

Let it cool down. Blend if desired.
Serve cold (Add ice if you want)
