Easy Picadillo

Ingredients
*1 lb lean ground beef or 3/4 lb ground turkey*1 Tbls garlic powder (more or less, to taste)*1/2 c onion, chopped*1/2 c bell pepper, chopped*15 oz can black beans, rinsed well*14.5 oz can diced tomatos, NOT drained*10-12 green manzanilla olives*1/4 c black or yellow raisins
Directions
1. Add ground beef, garlic, onion and pepper to 10-12" skillet. Cook over medium heat until beef is browned and vegetables begin to soften, 5-10 minutes; drain.

2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.

3. Reduce heat and cover. Allow to simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.

4. Serve hot over rice. (Rice not included in nutritional values.)
