White Cheddar Pasta Salad

One 6.2 oz. package Farmhouse® White Cheddar Pasta 1/4 cup milk 2 cups water 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup frozen peas, cooked and cooled to room temperature 1/2 cup frozen corn, cooked and cooled to room temperature 1/2 cup celery, chopped
1.Place milk in small saucepan and bring just to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add contents of seasoning packet and stir until smooth. Set aside.
2.In medium saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 15-18 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Let drain.
3.Combine milk mixture, mayonnaise, sour cream, peas, corn and celery. Add pasta and combine thoroughly. Chill for two hours.
Serving Size: Makes about four 1 cup servings
