You can replace the potatoes with other veggies like green beans, carrot, peas and bell peppers.
Heat oil, add asafaoetida and cumin seeds, when it sputters, add onion and fry till golden brown. Aside cut the potatoes into cubes and boil and keep. Add the boiled potatoes and add about 6cups for water. When it boils add the semolina and stir. Then when it is cooked add the coconut powder, and some chopped cilantro, and about 1/2 lemon. This is a very tasty but a very high carb food.
